The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) is a national program created by Congress in

1971 to encourage individuals 55 years of age and older to put their skills and life experience to work

for their communities through volunteerism. RSVP is one of the components of the National Senior Service Corps and a proud part of the USA Freedom Corps, the President's Call to Service.

Over 300 people attended the Recognition Luncheon

that was held on March 25 at the Harborside Convention Center. A good time was had by all and the Keynote

Speaker was Sarah Owen, CEO of Community Cooperative Ministries, Inc.
